Club de Golf Alcanada is situated in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, Spain, this is the only course in the island that is right by the sea. Almost as spectacular as this  Robert Trent Jones Jnr. design are the views across the bay of Alcudia,  just 150m into the sea the lighthouse on the island of Alcanada stands vigilant and it can be seen from most of the holes; this iconic symbol has been chosen to be part of the club’s logo.

The 6.499 meter long course (Par 72) has a great variation of holes, with the shortest par 3 of 160 yards and the longest par 5 at over 615 yards. Blending naturally into the typical mallorcan terrain this very fair and hilly golf course is surrounded by pine and olive groves featuring 58 well placed green side and fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots already make this golf course a must for all experienced golfers.

Even though Alcanada is still a young course is already recognized by a number of well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest courses in Spain and Europe. The clubhouse overlooks both the course and the Alcudia bay, as the course is located in an environmentally important area you will frequently find an amazing variety of wild life and rare birds particularly in the early morning.
