Ballyneal Golf Club, USA

Ballyneal Golf Club is a private golf resort with on-site lodging and dining facilities for their members. Ballyneal was created for golfers that appreciate and respect the traditions, the camaraderie and the challenge of golf. Located in the high plains of eastern Colorado near Holyoke, Ballyneal offers a true inland golf experience that is reminiscent of the great links courses in Scotland and Ireland.

As a destination club, Ballyneal is, for the most part, a second club for their members where they can escape the calls of everyday life and enjoy golf the way it was originally meant to be played. Golf at Ballyneal is an expression of the land, the game and the player. It began with an 18-hole championship course that has since matured to become one with the native. With no tee markers, firm conditions and gusty winds, this course represents traditional links style golf in its purist form.

Next came the addition of the Commons putting course. This is a one-acre putting course which is the center-piece of the Ballyneal Village. Golf at Ballyneal evolved further with the completion of the Mulligan Course. 12 greens with holes ranging from 85-190 yards provide their Members and guests with an opportunity to create their own unique path through the winding terrain that is the Mulligan Course. Golf at Ballyneal culminates to encourage the imagination, skill and finesse required to post a respectable score. The Ballyneal Experience is not meant to be rushed through or gulped down; it is best played often and with friends, as the guarantee at Ballyneal is that no two rounds will ever be the same.
