About the Author
Kim Verrecchio played golf at the University of North Carolina, serving as team captain her senior year. When she went professional, she regularly competed in PGA Section events. In 1996, she was elected to membership in the PGA of America.
She has spent over twenty years as an instructor and coach and is currently the director of instruction at the Loxahatchee Club. She and her husband, J. P. Phillips, reside in Jupiter, Florida.
Coauthor Rick Woelfel has made a career covering professional and amateur golf. He’s worked in print, broadcasting, and news, covering the LPGA Tour for over thirty years.
He’s the first to admit he’s better at writing about golf than playing the game.
