At 2250m above sea level Grandvalira Golf Club is Europe’s highest course the creation of which posed several interesting technical challenges. Access by cable car leads to some stunning Pyrenean views from each and every hole. The golf course was developed by the local authorities specifically to to encourage summer visitors to this ski resort.

Designed by the famous English architect Jeremy Pern, Grandvalira Golf Soldeu is dominated by a natural setting offering players a unique experience. This 16-hectare golf course is the highest of its kind in Europe, with 9 holes (par 34) it has one 500-metre par 5, 4 Par 4’s, and 4 Par 3’s.

The advantage of Grandvalita Golf Soldeu is that it has the least air-to-ball resistance due to its altitude. It other facilities include a golf school and a panoramic restaurant.  Grandvalira Golf Soldeu enables golfers and golf fans to practice this sport in lush natural breathtaking scenery. It opens from June to September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
