The unmistakable elements of a Pete Dye design and Virginia Tech’s commitment to excellence and tradition are immediately apparent from the moment you arrive at “The River”.

The course hosted the 2011 NCAA Regional Championships and the 2016 Virginia State Amateur Championships, and continues to be one of the top courses in the region. The River Course is proud to be the home of the Virginia Tech and Radford University golf teams.
