Bom Sucesso Golf was designed by the world-renowned architect Donald Steel, located in Obidos, in the West Region, on the banks of the Obidos lagoon, near the beach and approximately 50 minutes away from Lisbon.

Built on fabulous golf terrain, the first 9 holes are played on a level part of the terrain while the second nine are located on uneven terrain, and are therefore quite spectacular. From the white tees, Bom Sucesso is a golf course difficult enough to test professional players, yet from the forward tees, long carries are eliminated, so that all can enjoy the experience of navigating around the variety of well-placed hazards on this course.

The final three holes of the Bom Sucesso golf course, are some of the most exciting in Portugal. The 17th in particular is a truly great hole. It is a par 5 and is located at the highest elevation of the site, swinging downhill and right to left over some superb ridges to a green which will have the lagoon of Obidos as its backdrop.
