The Quinta da Ria golf complex is in a spectacular location on the coast of the eastern Algarve, situated in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve; Quinta de Cima and its sister course Quinta da Ria are two spectacular 18 hole golf courses with many similarities, not least their gently undulating terrain, fast and true greens, excellent shallow bunkering, relatively infrequent use of water hazards and always immaculate presentation.
Quinta de Cima is the longer of the two courses, although not quite as scenic as Quinta da Ria as it is set further back from the sea, ancient knarled olive and carob trees are liberally dotted around the course, giving definition to the often luxuriously wide fairways.
Quinta da Ria is a fairly flat course sitting alongside the Ria Formosa park , It commands stunning views of both the Atlantic sea and mountains which provide a perfect backdrop to the course.
These two impressive courses offers golfers of all abilities a fantastic experience and are a real alternative to their neighbouring courses further west.
