Speed golf is an exciting mix of running and golf. Speed golfers run between golf shots on a 18 holes course, the purpose being to shoot the lowest score in the shortest time.

A speed golf score is the combination of golf score and the total time it takes to complete 18 holes.

Speed golfers carry their own clubs as they run during the round; no caddies or carts are allowed. 4 to 6 clubs in a small bag are suggested.
